Attorney Nicole Starck grew up & attended school in Watertown, Massachusetts where she excelled both academically & athletically, especially as a member of the nationally recognized field hockey program. From there, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire with a concentration in English & Journalism. Prior to law school, Attorney Starck worked as a Marketing Designer in Boston for an international financial services company. Attorney Starck earned a Juris Doctor Degree from New England Law | Boston in May of 2007. She also holds a specially concentrated Master of Laws Degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England College School of Law.

Attorney Nicole Starck opened the Law Offices of Nicole Starck in August of 2008. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and find solutions to their problems. Her primary focus is on residential real estate and moderate estate planning, and she enjoys the positive outcome that these practice areas bring to her clients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking/entertaining, playing field hockey, and spending summers on Cape Cod with her family. Attorney Starck lives in Waltham with her dog Brixton

Michelle Torpey grew up and went to school in Arlington, Massachusetts. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After college, Michelle worked as an Office Manager for UBS Securities in Boston. Michelle joined the Law Offices of Nicole Starck in June 2015, as the Legal Assistant and Office Manager for the firm. She is responsible for preparing files and documentation for residential real estate transactions and estate planning clients and is also a Notary Public. Michelle also manages the day-to-day business operations of the firm as well as coordinating marketing, social media and events.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, along with vacationing in New Hampshire and Plum Island. She resides in Reading with her family.

Attorney Torrey Shillieto grew up in Central Massachusetts.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross where she was a member of the field hockey team.  After graduation she spent a year living in France working as an au pair.  Torrey worked at Eaton Vance Management for 8 years as an Operations Coordinator for the Bank Loan department.  During this time she earned her Juris Doctor Degree by attending New England Law| Boston in the evenings.  Torrey joined the Law Offices of Nicole Starck in January 2017 where she is practicing residential real estate and moderate estate planning.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing field hockey, running and going to the beach.
